Get a gateway ticket away from the city, and spend it here in the Toledo City Plaza!

 

                         


        I recently visited Toledo City Plaza and it was an experience I will never forget. The Plaza has a great atmosphere, especially during the night. It is a great place to hang out with friends and family. It is filled with sparkling lights to illuminate the surrounding.       

                                 

           The plaza sits right at the center of the Poblacion Toledo City. It is in front of the church and can be a great place to spend time after hearing a mass. It is also filled with shops, food stalls, and cafes so you can find something to do no matter your interests. I loved taking pictures of the surroundings as it was filled with various decorations. I also enjoyed trying out some of the food stalls in the plaza. I especially loved the Filipino street food which was incredibly tasty!


How to get there?

        Bus or V-hire are your two transportation choices. I would suggest using the V-hire because it is the fastest way to get here when compared to taking the bus. The cost of the bus is 100 pesos, whereas the cost of the V-hire is 150 pesos, a relatively little difference. Next, you will ride a tricycle, which is the primary mode of transportation in the city, after you get to the Toledo City Terminal. About 15 pesos will be spent on the tricycle transport from the terminal to the Plaza.




           Overall, I had a great time in Toledo City Plaza. It was a great way to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. I definitely plan on returning soon!
